Prudent Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. milk or buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cottage cheese (lo-cal)
    eucalyptus leaves
    dried rose petals
    dried rose leaves
    dried yellow statice
    10 to 20 drops rose refresher oil
    dried cockscomb
    freeze dried roses
    freeze dried pansies
    3 tsp. orrisroot per qt. mixture
    2 to 3 tonka beans
Preparation
    Combine the eucalyptus leaves, rose petals, rose leaves, tonka beans and orrisroot.
    Sprinkle with refresher oil.
    Place the mixture in a bowl or other decorative container, then arrange the cockscomb, roses and pansies on top.
