Barb'S Scottish Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. softened butter
Preparation
    Mix together by hand and knead and knead.
    You cannot handle it too much, more is much better.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Pat in about 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar while hot.
