Strawberry Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen), drained and mashed
1 c. butter
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar

Preparation

Have berries and butter at room temperature.
Beat at high speed with mixer, blender or processor until berries and butter are a creamy smooth mixture.
Serve on hot biscuits.
