Chicken And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley or basil flakes
    1 tsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    2 c. sliced chicken breast tenderloins
    2 1/2 c. mostaccioli or spiral noodles
    1 pkg. frozen vegetable mixture (carrots, cauliflower, asparagus) or 2 green pepper strips, sauteed in 1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Heat oil carefully.
    Sprinkle seasonings and bread crumbs over oil, stirring to distribute.
    Toss chicken strips into oil and saute until cooked.
    Meanwhile, prepare mostaccioli as directed on package.
    Gently heat vegetables until tender (do not overcook). Toss chicken mixture, vegetable mixture or sauteed peppers and pasta together.
    Serve immediately.
