Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) bag pretzels, crushed
    3/4 c. margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Cool Whip (regular size)
    1 (6 oz.) strawberry jello
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    3 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine pretzels, margarine and 3 tablespoons sugar.
    Press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Mix cream cheese with sugar and Cool Whip.
    Spread over crust. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Drop frozen strawberries into gelatin and let thicken slightly in refrigerator.
    Pour over topping mixture.
    Chill until set.
    Makes 12 to 20 servings.
