Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chuck beef, cut into cubes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    2 (10 1/2 or 11 oz.) cans mushroom soup
    1/4 c. sherry wine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except sour cream, into crock-pot. Cook on high for 2 hours; adjust to low heat and cook for 5 or 6 hours or until tender.

    hour
    before
    serving, add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
