Honey Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot water (120~ to 130~)
    1/3 c. honey
    1 egg
    1/4 c. melted Crisco
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour, yeast and salt in mixer bowl. Add water, melted Crisco, honey and egg. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Add remaining cup flour. Beat with fork or spoon. Cover with plastic. Let rise 30 minutes or until double. Spoon into greased muffin tins (1/2 full). Cover; let rise until double. Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
