Curry Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (salt, pepper and flour and brown; put aside)
1/4 c. oil
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped large onion
garlic (for flavor)
3 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 cans tomatoes, undrained
Preparation

In frying pan, heat oil, green pepper, onion, garlic, curry powder, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper and tomatoes.
Add chicken and put in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve over rice.
