Smoked Salmon Party Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nonfat or low-fat cottage cheese
    1 c. nonfat or light sour cream
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) smoked salmon, chopped
    1/2 c. green onions (white and green parts), finely chopped
    2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 medium red cabbage (optional)
    8 leaves curly leaf lettuce (optional)
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 medium green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch strips
    2 medium red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch strips
    2 medium yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch strips
Preparation
    Put cottage cheese in a food processor or blender. Puree for 30 seconds or until smooth. Scrape into a medium bowl.
    Stir in remaining dip ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
