Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced carrots
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1 c. grated cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix carrots, macaroni, grated cheese, egg and salt.
Put in shallow pan or casserole dish.
Dot with butter and pour the milk over all the ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
