Baked Chicken With Tarragon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 skinned and boned chicken breasts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Arrange in dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Chill 1 hour.
