Cheeseburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken stock
    2/3 c. celery, diced
    1 c. carrot, shredded
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    4 c. cooked rice
    2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
    4 soup cans milk
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a
    large
    pot place the first 4 ingredients.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
    Fry the hamburger; drain.
    Add to the ingredients in the large pot, along with the remaining ingredients. Simmer until cheese melts.
