Harlequin Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. water
1 c. rice
1 bell pepper, diced
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cubed ham
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Cook rice, salt and water until rice is done.
Make a cream sauce of the flour, margarine, milk, mayonnaise and cheese.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
