Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
6 to 8 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
3/4 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
3/4 c. dry Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Melt butter.
Combine crackers, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Wash and dry chicken breasts. Coat chicken well with butter and roll in crumbs (sprinkle any remaining butter and crumbs on top).
Arrange in a lightly greased baking dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
(You may sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan over the top during the last 10 minutes.)
Serves 4.
