Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a small bowl mix eggs, milk and butter; stir and add to flour mixture.
Stir until blended.
Pour batter on preheated waffle iron (lightly greased).
Makes approximately 12 waffles.
