Tomato Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
    5 pitted ripe black olives, sliced
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft.
    Add chicken broth, tomato and basil.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice and olives. Cover.
    Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
    Fluff with a fork.
