Lamb With Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 shoulder lamb chops
1 c. water
1/4 c. tomato sauce
1 lb. green beans, whole but ends removed
1 large chopped onion
4 medium potatoes, cut up
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown lamb chops.
Add water mixed with tomato sauce.
Cook about 30 minutes, then add green beans, onion, potatoes and salt and pepper.
Add more water and tomato sauce, if needed.
Cover and cook one hour or until done to your preference.
Serves 2. May be doubled.
