Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. butter or margarine, softened
4 eggs, beaten
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Mix well; form into small balls (messy, gives you green hands).
Chill well.
May be frozen before baking.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve hot.
Makes approximately 80 balls.
