Yum Yum Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. oil
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt well.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Set aside.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add all other ingredients together, then stir in dry ingredients.
    Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full with chocolate mixture.
    Top with about 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen cupcakes.
