Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper and half of the nuts.
Shape into ball and roll in remaining nuts.
Store in refrigerator at least 24 hours before serving.
