French Coconut Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Melt butter and sugar over heat.
    Add remaining ingredients. Fill unbaked tart shells with coconut and ingredients.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
