Cajun Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or mild sausage
    1 bunch green onions
    1 large jar mushrooms, do not drain
    3 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    2 c. dry rice
Preparation
    Chop onions.
    Add sausage and brown together in a large pan. Add mushrooms, beef bouillon and dry rice.
    Cook together until rice is browned nicely.
    Add 4 cups water.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook, covered, approximately 20 minutes.
