Spanish Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. browned ground beef
1 can Spanish rice, cooked
1 can Ranch Style beans
4 to 6 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 jar picante sauce (optional)
Preparation

Combine the above ingredients in a large casserole dish. Place the Spanish rice on the bottom of the dish, then place the Ranch Style beans on top.
Next, spoon the ground beef over the beans, ending with the grated cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven.
