Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large bell peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut off the top of the peppers and clean them off; set aside. Mix ground beef, onions, garlic, rice, oregano and egg.
    Stuff into peppers, top with jar of spaghetti sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
