Stracciatella(Italain Egg Ribbon Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. homemade chicken stock or good brand of canned
    chopped chives
    salt to taste
    pepper
    parsley, finely chopped
    4 eggs
    Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine first 5 ingredients; bring it to boil. Turn heat down and let simmer.
    In a bowl, combine eggs, salt, pepper and cheese; beat vigorously.
    Stir in bread crumbs.
    Turn heat up on broth and whisk in egg mixture until egg ribbons form. Work quickly.
    Serve hot! Serves 4.
