Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. parmesan cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Squirt lemon juice
Light dash garlic
1 small can chopped green chile peppers, drained, optional
Preparation

Stir all ingredients in large glass bowl.
Dump into Pam coated casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with butter and thinly sliced toast made from French bread or with bagel chips.
If cooked in crock pot, cook on high for one hour.
