Sticky Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. plus 1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. milk, scalded
1/4 c. water
1 egg
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. light brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
In large bowl, combine sugar, salt and 3 tablespoons butter.
Pour in hot milk.
Stir until butter is melted and sugar dissolved.
Stir in yeast.
Beat in egg.
Gradually add flour, mixing well.
Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
Roll out dough to an 18 x 12-inch rectangle.
Spread with butter.
