Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size potato
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 cake yeast
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook the potato in the water. Run the potato and water through strainer.
    Let cool and add the remaining ingredients.
    Put in large bowl.
    Keep in refrigerator, taking out enough dough each time to make the number of biscuits desired. Brush with butter. Let rise.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
    Good like rolls.
