Cowboy Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising corn meal mix
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Melt shortening in iron skillet.
Mix ingredients.
Add the melted shortening.
Mix well.
Pour in hot pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until brown in 400\u00b0 oven.
