Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 stick butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients.
    Pour into a deep dish pie shell or 2 regular pie shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Then reduce the temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake for about 30 minutes more.
