Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and divided
    2 (8 1/2 oz. each) pkg. corn bread/muffin mix
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs.
    Add cottage cheese, broccoli, onion, 6 tablespoons butter and muffin mix; beat well. Pour remaining butter into a 10-inch ovenproof skillet.
    Pour batter into skillet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve warm.
