Kim'S Chicken Salad(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped cooked chicken halves, cooked in water about 40 minutes
    1 1/2 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian salad mix (Good Seasons dry mix)
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 c. seedless green grape halves
    2 c. mandarin oranges (save juice)
    1/2 c. sugared almonds
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery and lemon juice and chill well. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and salad dressing mix (use dressing sparingly or to taste); cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
    Add green grapes and mandarin oranges before serving.
    If salad is too dry, add juice from oranges.
    Serve on lettuce bed with 1 cantaloupe sprinkled with sugared almonds.
