Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick butter (approximately)
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook rice; add sugar, egg yolks and vanilla, then add butter and cream until soupy.
    Pour into Corning Ware skillet.
    Beat egg whites, then add vanilla and slowly add 1/2 cup sugar.
    Pour on top of pudding mixture and cook at 350\u00b0 until egg whites are golden brown.
