Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. Heinz medium salsa style catsup
1 c. whiskey
3/4 c. chili sauce
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Combine all in a saucepan.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Refrigerate.
