Lemon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes lemon Jell-O
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 small cans crushed pineapple in own juice
1/2 to 1 c. broken English walnuts
1 c. cottage cheese
1 container Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix Jell-O with boiling water.
Let cool, then add crushed pineapple with juice.
Stir in nuts and cottage cheese.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Chill.
Cut into slices when jelled.
