Escalloped Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large chicken, pick off after cooked
4 slices toast, break up fine
1 small onion
6 small stalks celery
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Use broth from cooked chicken and thicken as for gravy.
Salt to taste.
Pour over mixture and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
