Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    4 eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. oil or melted shortening or margarine
    additional nuts and raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Fill muffin tins 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Batter will keep up to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
    Yields 60 muffins.
