Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/3 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 small green pepper, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Make meatballs by cooking until brown the first 7 mixed ingredients.
Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Drain fat from meatballs; do not use.
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet.
Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat.
Add meatballs.
Cover; simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
Stir in green pepper.
Cover; simmer until crisp-tender, 5 minutes.
