Beat 'N Eat Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. boiling water

Preparation

Mix in a small bowl.
Add boiling water and beat well until stiff.
The recipe makes a fluffy icing that will stay moist for 2 or 3 days.
