Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    4 heaping Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar. Add vanilla.
    Alternate sifted flour and water.
    Fold
    in pecans.
    Shape into balls and bake at 325\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
    Makes 4 dozen.
