Egg And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices bread, cubed
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cheese, grated
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash cayenne pepper
Preparation

Mix bread cubes with melted margarine.
Line bottom of 8 x 13-inch casserole with bread and sprinkle with cheese.
Beat eggs and milk until fluffy.
Add mustard and cayenne pepper.
Salt and pepper may be added.
Pour egg mixture over cheese.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Great and easy for brunch!
