Sweet And Spicy Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 lb. beef short ribs
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 medium onions, sliced
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Combine short ribs with all ingredients except onions, in a large saucepan; cover.
Simmer 2 hours or until tender.
Cool; then chill until 1 1/4 hours before serving time.
Skim off fat; remove bay leaf.
Place meat in a baking dish.
Pour sauce over. Top with onion slices.
Cover.
Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Baste onions with sauce.
Bake 30 minutes longer.
