Fresh Peach Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
    1 pkg. quick cinnamon rolls with icing
Preparation
    Mix water and sugar in 2 1/2 to 3-quart pan with a tight fitting lid.
    Heat to boil.
    Add peaches and heat to a boil.
    Lay cinnamon rolls, cinnamon side down closely over top of peaches. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
    Spread icing over cinnamon dumplings.
    Serve warm with peaches from pan spooned over dumplings.
