Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 sticks margarine
1 c. hot water
4 heaping Tbsp. Nestle Quik chocolate
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

In a bowl, put the flour, sugar and salt.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil the margarine, hot water and Nestle Quik.
Pour over ingredients in bowl and add the eggs, sour cream and baking soda. Mix well.
Pour into large greased cookie sheet with raised edges. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
It usually runs over the pan, so I put some of the batter in a small cake pan to bake.
