Peach Custard Dessert - cooking recipe

2 1/3 c. baking mix
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 can (16 oz.) sliced peaches, drained
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. sour cream
1 egg
Preparation

Grease 9 x
9-inch pan.
Mix baking mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar
and\tmargarine.
Spread in pan.
Arrange peaches on top. Mix
1/4
cups
sugar
and\tcinnamon.
Sprinkle
over peaches. Mix sour
cream and egg.
Drizzle over top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Serve
warm and if desired with sweetened whipped cream.
