Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chickens
    1 medium onion, with 2 cloves stuck in it
    2 whole carrots
    2 cloves garlic
    2 c. water
    2 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil all ingredients until chicken is ready to fall apart. Remove all ingredients from broth. Strain broth. Bone chicken and remove cloves.
    Return chicken, onion and carrots to broth. Add mixed fresh vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are done.
