Ingredients

3/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. turmeric or paprika
2 Tbsp. garlic cloves, chopped
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Whiz until smooth the first 4 ingredients.
Pour into saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Cool. Return to blender and add the garlic while whizzing.
Add oil slowly while whizzing.
Chill.
