Refrigerated Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    5 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salt water until tender. Mash.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool.
    Cover and place in refrigerator.
    Can be used any time within two weeks.
