Cheese Cake Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
 
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
vanilla wafers
Preparation
- 
                            Mix well all ingredients, except vanilla wafers.
 
Line muffin pans with cupcake papers.
Place vanilla wafer in bottom of paper and pour cheese mixture over wafer, approximately 2/3 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
When cooled, top with a teaspoon of pie filling (cherry, blueberry, apple, etc.).
