Southwestern Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/8 oz.) cans albacore tuna packed in water
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
    1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
    3/4 c. chopped hamburger dills
    1/2 c. chopped yellow onion
    2 heaping Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 jalapeno, chopped (seeds and all)
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Drain tuna.
    Mix mayo, mustard and lemon juice together; pour over drained tuna.
    Mix together well and add rest of ingredients. Stir together.
    Makes about 5 cups.
